  •  Drove $30M+ in annual savings and 250bps gross margin improvement through SKU rationalization—eliminated portfolio complexity, improved manufacturing efficiency, freed resources for innovation.

  •  Built commercial finance organization from 2 to 10 people, establishing dedicated teams for Domestic, Export, Canada, and Innovation business units.

  •  Created consumption-based forecasting infrastructure achieving ±4% accuracy— significantly reducing unnecessary co-packer penalties and reduced inventory waste.

  • Scaled portfolio from $200M to $1B while maintaining operational discipline.
