About Me:

With over 25 years helping CPG brands—from high-growth challengers to household staples—I specialize in translating raw ambition into structured, capital-efficient, and scalable performance.

At Clif Bar, I played a pivotal role in the brand’s journey from $200M to $1B, delivering forecasting precision and achieving $10MM+ in SKU efficiency gains. I shaped long-range, cross-functional strategies across pricing, market expansion, and profit improvement. I’ve also led forecasting for category leaders at Clorox and modeled complex retail acquisitions at Longs Drugs (now CVS).

But what sets me apart isn’t just technical skill, it’s how I combine core finance leadership with a systems-level view of how value is created.

 

As a Fractional Strategic Finance Executive, I partner with CPG & E-Commerce brands to design the infrastructure that drives profitable scale. I bring all the financial depth you’d expect—strategy, reporting, forecasting, analysis—but deliver it with the speed, flexibility, and commercial fluency that founders actually need.
